Return Policy

                                  Thanks for shopping at If you have used our services, placing your order by website, it is considered that you accept these terms. Please read them carefully. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instruction for how to return items from your order. The Company does not accept cancellation or refunds on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.


  • Item arrived broken.
  • Item arrived in wrong description.

Not valid

  • An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
  • Items arrived as described and in good condition, but you no longer want them.
  • Item arrive at the post office station but neglected to pick-up until the item has return to sender.
  • Customer provide a fake address or dummy address.

Returns Process

For "Solar Cell" you have only 1-day refund validity. Report to us upon receiving the product if the item is broken, you need to report to us in any way on how to contact us. 2 days and more is not valid for refund. You have 5 calendar days to return for the other items to us, from the date you received it, based on tracking arrival and date pickup. You can do this by contacting us in our contact page. If 7 calendar days have gone by since the arrival of the item, and you did not open a dispute, unfortunately ,we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Photos of the items.
  • Photo sticker with a bar code.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

When Will I Get My Money Back?

The time between us issuing a refund, and you getting your money back, can vary depending on your payment method.

  • If you paid with a Visa or MasterCard , you will get the money back on your bank account within a few business days.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the time needed to process your refund will vary, depending on the kind of payment you used (PayPal balance, or through your bank account, or your debit or credit card linked to your account). As soon as we issue the refund, you will receive an email from PayPal, which will contain more details about the process.
  • If you paid via COD or Cash on Delivery, you will get the money back on your bank account or any Money Remittance service.
